In 2018, he founded the Ferramenta del Gusto emiliano company and opened a regional restaurant outlet with Emilian roots in Turin (after an initial test of the format at Forte Village in 2008), entrusting its management to his sister Eleonora, with great success.

Valentina Praolini

FOUNDER

Born in 1984, Valentina Praolini is now M.I.C.E. Manager of the Garden Group and founder of TTF, but her journey into the world of tourism began long before any title or role.

From a very young age, Valentina combined study and work with courage and determination, spending her summers in mountain hotels. It is there, amidst the welcome, the unexpected, and the smiles, that she discovers her calling for authentic hospitality—the kind that knows how to listen, anticipate, and welcome.

In 2004, after completing his studies, he approached leisure tourism and soon entered the world of events, starting a collaboration with Ventana Group, one of the leading Italian companies in the sector. Here she trained in logistics and conference and incentive organization, following complex projects for major Italian and international companies. Between 2008 and 2011, she engaged with tour operating, creating itineraries and managing group tours for a Turin-based operator: an experience that allowed her to thoroughly understand the dynamics of tourism intermediation and broaden her vision of the sector. In 2011 came the turning point: Valentina entered the beating heart of international sporting events, managing team logistics in the three main world motorsport championships – MotoGP, Superbike and Motocross World Championship. Plans and manages athletes' technical movements, responding to the most complex needs with promptness and precision. At the same time, it creates exclusive corporate experiences: days spent trackside, filled with adrenaline and networking, to experience the thrill of racing from a unique perspective.

Every project is a story. Every event is an encounter. Every place is a possibility. With this vision, Valentina returned to major corporate events in 2014, rejoining Ventana Group as Events Operations Manager. He coordinates every phase – from design to on-site management – with almost sartorial care. Particular attention is always paid to building the staff, carefully selected to enhance the talents of each employee.

TTF was born in 2018: a project into which Valentina pours all her experience and her desire to pass on knowledge to new generations. It launches collaborations with institutions like ITS Piemonte, bringing training directly to the field, through practical lessons, mentoring, and real-world projects.

Thanks to its strategic and operational vision, it helps build a solid and recognizable offering, bringing tangible growth both in terms of attendance and seasonality. The group's facilities – Garden Toscana Resort, Residenza dei Cavalleggeri, RTA Neve Sole – quickly became preferred destinations for corporate hospitality.

Passion, vision, a spirit of action, and a connection with the local community are the pillars on which every initiative rests. In his approach, there's always room for empathy, for the detail that makes the difference, for quality that becomes experience, for authenticity that endures.
